Mega Raffle Terms & Conditions
 - Winners will be announced on the 31st of May.
-Raffle winners names will be displayed on DRU Animal Rescue's social media on the 31st of May.
-The online raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Australia. 
- To enter the raffle, participants must purchase a ticket through the designated online platform. Each ticket will be assigned a unique number for the draw. The purchase of multiple tickets is allowed, increasing the chances of winning. 
- This is an all online raffle - by purchasing raffle "tickets" you are entering your name to go into our drawing system (X) amount of times. All entries will be entered into a fair, random name selection system. Winners will also be contacted privately via email / phone using the contact information provided during the ticket purchase. 
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. 
- The 1st prize winner will win a 65" 4k Samsung Smart Tv, plus a Q600C Soundbar. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 
- This is a growing raffle, prizes will continue to be added over the upcoming weeks and will be updated on the website and DRU's social media. All prizes will be finalised by the 31st of May, 2024. 
- The winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Failure to claim the prize within this designated timeframe will result in the selection of an alternative winner. 
- The winners are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize. It is the winners' responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to claiming the prize. 
- Personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will be used solely for the purpose of the raffle and will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law. 
- DRU Animal Rescue and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in the raffle or the use of the prize. 
- DRU Animal Rescue reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be refunded the full price of the ticket.
- By participating in the raffle, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
